Job Description (Agency Staff)
To provide administrative support and client services to portfolio of MNC EU1 team and acting as a backup when any team member is on leave or not available.
HELP DESK ACTIVITIES
- Acting as a first point of contact to customers supporting all servicing related requests.
- Acting as coordinator between clients, B/L and other internal counterparts.
- Preparing ad-hoc exceptions and day-to-day servicing of clients to allow internals to focus on efficiency.
KYC DUE DILIGENCE AND AML ACTIVITIES
- Ease communication between clients and due diligence team when needed for on-boarding, KYC update, and KYC recertification.
- Proactively follow‐up on any irregularities/exceptions found in the process of KYC/Account opening and assist RMs for special handling process, and escalate to management on a timely basis for a smooth relevance.
- Support RMs on KYC and account opening processing.
- Receiving/resolving enquiries raised by the business line with respect to KYC/ client onboarding issues
- Controlling the number of KYC Review and reminding Relationship Manager to close the KYC recertification in timely manner
- Support RMs on ongoing and ad hoc suspicious transactions review, and monitoring
- Support RMs on due diligence reports
Job Requirement
- University graduate or above
- Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance related degree is highly preferable
- Strong Operational and administrative skills
- Customer oriented with good corporate banking product knowledge
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
- Proactive, self-disciplined, self-motivated with ability to work effectively under pressure
- Able to demonstrate problem solving technique & strive to continuously improve end-to-end process
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Sound PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
